About Amanda
Amanda Cvinar helps individuals and families create estate plans tailored to their needs. The firm offers wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives to clients across New Mexico.
Her approach is straightforward, compassionate, and tailored to your life and your goals.
How It Works
Estate planning with the firm follows three stages.
Initial contact. Email Amanda with your name, preferred contact information, and a brief description of the help you are seeking. Do not include confidential or time-sensitive information. The firm will then reach out to set up an initial consultation.
Planning. Once representation begins, Amanda learns about your circumstances and goals, explains the documents a plan may include, and prepares drafts for your review and questions.
Signing and follow-up. Once you are happy with your drafts, Amanda will arrange a signing around your individual circumstances. New Mexico requires a will to be signed on paper with two witnesses present, so this step happens in person, but Amanda works with you to fit best into your schedule. After the signing, she explains next steps, such as storing originals and periodically reviewing beneficiary designations.
